These are photos of a CN approved work group from SOLRS recovering some parts donated by CN to our organization.
Some souvenir hunters made it here before us removing the number boards, bell and some other goodies.
It is sad to see the end of any engine and you could almost hear it moan as parts were stripped
At least parts of it will live on.
CN will be recovering the diesel unit and trucks and then the local wrecker will cut up the rest.
